As technology and global experiences evolve, providing good quality customer service does not set you apart from your competitors anymore: nowadays, your competition lies not only within your city or state, or country for that matter… And customers use comparison apps for each purchase they make and rely on online reviews as much as they trust personal recommendations.

So how do you win and keep clients with such a fierce competition? You have to win your customer, not just sell them! And you win your customers every time they get in touch with your brand: from the very first time your brand flashes in from of them until they choose to leave the company; it’s the way customers perceive their interactions with your company. Delivering an experience touches the customers and assures that they will keep business with you in the future: customer experience is key to promote brand loyalty, and the way you serve your clients affects what they say about you afterwards.

COVID-19 GUIDANCE

 Subject: To all visitors, drivers and transportation companies 

The purpose of the communication below is to align with our associates, to practice safe social distancing, and to comply with the COVID-19 guidelines within ARGOSUS. 

As an action to prevent dissemination of the COVID-19, ARGOSUS has decided to work in reduced hours as informed in one of our previous notifications; please read carefully the information below according to your location guidelines: 

Headquarter (Key Biscayne, FL): 

• To maintain 6’ social distancing, employees are not allowed to use the common living areas and work scales will be implemented. Visitors are not allowed. 

Distribution Center (Frankfort, KY): 

• If you need to proceed with a shipment or pick up, please get in touch with your customer service contact to schedule a time. 

• All drivers will always be required to wear a mask at all times within our site and will have limited access. 

• No one is allowed past the receiving and shipping area. 

• No one is allowed to use the common living areas. 

When ARGOSUS returns to full production the below safety precautions will be put into place for our associates, drivers and suppliers’ safety. 

Thank you for your support in keeping everybody safe during these unfortunate times. Our goal is always to keep everyone safe and healthy.
