Our project managers work with our customers to reduce their BOM, implementing solutions for kitting and light assemblies. By shifting the final assembly process further along the supply chain, our program management enables our customers to run inventory more efficiently and respond more quickly to market demands.

ARGOSUS provides varying levels of packaging solutions, depending on our clients’ needs. We conduct repackaging services for new assembly or kitting projects. Some of our assembly repackaging services include product bundling, shrink wrapping, cartoning, and applying barcode labels for tracking.

ARGOSUS uses heat treated pallets for overseas shipments in order to comply with customs regulations of different countries. To assure that parts will arrive in perfect conditions to the final destination, we apply rust prevention techniques and repack parts for export.
