Developing and manufacturing a product

Strengthening our customers’ quality standards and always having a clear understanding of their product expectations are what our engineers specialize  at Argos Global Partner Services . The procedures we have in place ensure that such expectations are met in every way. We work according to ASQ Automotive Division, APQP (a structured process that includes critical tasks from concept approval through production), among other quality control processes that we are fully committed to. The focus is to create a product quality plan for developing and manufacturing products that meet customer requirements.

Developing and manufacturing a product

Strengthening our customers’ quality standards and always having a clear understanding of their product expectations are what our engineers specialize  at Argos Global Partner Services . The procedures we have in place ensure that such expectations are met in every way. We work according to ASQ Automotive Division, APQP (a structured process that includes critical tasks from concept approval through production), among other quality control processes that we are fully committed to. The focus is to create a product quality plan for developing and manufacturing products that meet customer requirements. 

Our quality commitment plan, according to APQP standards, uses a five-phase process:

Product planning and quality program definition

Product design and development

Process design and development

Validation of product and process (FAI, ISIR and PPAP)

Production launch, assessment, and improvement.

Developing and manufacturing a product

Receiving inspection is performed by Argos quality control team utilizing inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. The quality inspection processes follow our customers’ blueprints, control plans, and material certificates.

Supplier Quality System Requirements

In an effort to comply with the automotive and aerospace quality system requirements, Argos Global Partner Services, as part of the supply chain for the automotive and aerospace markets, became certified under the following:

ISO9001

ISO 9001 since 2006 for distribution of products to the automotive industry

SGS_IATF_16949_TCS_HR

IATF 16949 since 2018 for manufacturing products to the automotive industry

AS 9120 in 2019 for distribution of products to the aerospace industry.
